Southbay have undertaken major quayside contracts from £1m to £10m in value for clients including the Port of Tyne, North Shields Fish Quay Company Ltd, A&P Tyne, Shepherd Offshore and Bouygues Travaux Publics.

We undertake technically demanding contracts in harsh environments.

The major quay works incorporate activities including tubular piling, sheet piling, earthworks, concrete, drainage, services, cathodic protection and fendering systems.

All works are tidally affected and require precise project management to maintain programme, quality and budget. Southbay have the in house skills to undertake these complicated piling and jetty construction projects.
